All services provided by Sanctuary by Stella are customized and tailored to each client’s needs. Due to the nature of these services, all sales are final and non-refundable once the treatment or session has begun.

By booking an appointment, you acknowledge that results may vary depending on your skin condition, lifestyle, and adherence to aftercare instructions. No guarantees are made regarding the outcome of any service, and refunds will not be issued based on dissatisfaction with results.

We understand that life happens. If you need to reschedule, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee or forfeiture of the session at our discretion.
